1 In the registration form, please provide your membership number. The reduced fee is available only to those who have paid their membership dues.

The basic registration fee for Conference Participants includes:

• participation in scientific sessions,
• access to the exhibition,
• 3-month access to the Online Participant Zone, serving as a personal conference folder,
• electronic certificate of participation in the Conference,
• catering included in the program.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Note! The cancellation and refund conditions presented apply only to orders covering a single participant package paid by a given payer.
For larger orders, cancellation terms are determined individually and depend on the size of the order.

  1. The refund conditions for those wishing to use a group reservation, a grant under a separate booking, or a company invitation for group reservations are the same as for individual conference cancellations. Therefore, we kindly ask all participants who have already paid, and who will ultimately use a group reservation, grant, or company invitation, and who wish to request a refund of previously paid individual fees, to notify us of this as early as possible.
  2. The condition for a refund is to submit a written (including electronic) cancellation of participation or a refund request to the Organizing Office. The decisive factor is the date the cancellation or request is received:

  1. The refund will be made directly to the bank account from which the payment was sent, or in the case of other payment methods, to the account indicated by the participant, within 30 days of receiving the written cancellation. For companies, the refund will be made to the account registered with the Tax Office.
  2. If a registration fee has been paid and the participant does not attend the Conference, the fee is non-refundable, and any conference materials distributed on-site will not be provided in any form by the Organizer or the Organizing Office. An absent participant is also not entitled to receive a certificate of participation in the Conference.
