SUBMISSION OF WORKS
- The conditions for participation in the poster session are:
- Registration and payment of the Congress participation fee by at least the author who will present the paper,
- A positive review of the submitted abstract.
- Submitted papers must be original works. The work cannot have been previously published or presented at other scientific conferences.
- The poster abstract must be prepared in Polish, in WORD format (doc, docx), or in English for foreign authors. Submissions must be made using the form available on this website by May 31, 2026.
- The abstract must include the following information:
- Title of the paper,
- Authors (in the case of multiple authors, please highlight the author who will be presenting the work),
- Affiliations (full names of the institutions represented by each author, city, and country),
- Thematic category of the submitted work (according to the list below), Abstract content (divided into introduction, discussion, and conclusions).
- Please do not include figures, graphs, or photos in the abstract. The length of the abstract must not exceed 2,500 characters (including spaces).
- The submitted abstract must be accompanied by a statement stating: “The presented work is the independent work of its author(s).”
- Submitting an abstract is equivalent to obtaining consent to present the work from all co-authors and the head of the unit from which the work originated.
- Authors whose work is positively reviewed by the Congress Scientific Committee and qualified for presentation during the Congress will be notified by the organizers electronically (e-mail) by June 30, 2026.
DEADLINES
- The deadline for submitting abstracts is May 31, 2026 . Papers submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
- The reviewers will evaluate abstracts and publish the list of abstracts accepted for presentation during the Poster Session by June 30, 2026
- For papers accepted for presentation during the Congress, posters can be submitted using the form available on this website within 14 days of the announcement of the list of accepted papers.
- Poster submissions will be accepted until August 31, 2026

EVALUATION OF WORKS
- The Congress Scientific Committee will evaluate the papers.
- Abstracts submitted only in electronic form and meeting the technical, structural, and thematic requirements specified above will be evaluated. Until the submission deadline, the abstract may be revised and a new version resubmitted.

POSTER EXHIBITION
- Posters will be displayed throughout the Congress on touchscreen monitors (FHD with a large diagonal). Posters will also be available through the Online Participant Zone and the mobile app.
- Requirements for preparing posters
- File format: PPT/PPTX, PDF (presentations should not contain videos, animations, or transitions),
- Maximum number of slides/pages: 4,
- Language: Polish, for foreign authors – English,
- Landscape orientation with a 16:9 aspect ratio, recommended resolution: 1920 x 1080 px. An example of a blank PowerPoint presentation is available at: https://kongresdietetyka2026.pl/dokumenty/Prezentacja1920x1080.pptx,
- Minimum font size: 8 (for 1920 x 1080 resolution),
- The file size of the electronic poster cannot exceed 10 MB,
- Posters should be submitted by August 31, 2026 using the form that will be available on this website within 14 days of the publication of the list of works accepted for presentation during the Congress.
